Beef Braciole

“Braciole is an Italian beef roulade commonly filled with cheeses and seasoned breadcrumbs. Our recipe uses a tender flank steak, pounded thin and rolled around a filling of finely chopped Genoa salami, garlic, fresh mozzarella and basil leaves.
