Heat oven to 350°.
1 cup sugar
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon fresh cinnamon
6 cups of fresh Maine blueberries
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add the blueberries and toss to combine. Pour into a baking dish and make the topping.
Topping:
1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
½ teaspoon coarse salt
1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Work the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
