Cocktail Get-Together

Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

1 teaspoon sugar
2 Tablespoons pomegranate juice
½ cup plus 2 Tablespoons champagne or dry sparkling wine
Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)

Fill the bottom of a champagne glass with the sugar and pomegranate juice. Fill the glass with champagne or dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a few fresh pomegranate seeds, if desired.

Makes 1 cocktail.

Handy tip: One bottle of champagne makes enough to serve 6.

Substitution: 1½ Tablespoons of PAMA Pomegranate liqueur can be used instead of the pomegranate juice and sugar.

Cranberry Champagne Cocktail

1 teaspoon Cointreau
½ cup plus 2 Tablespoons Champagne or dry sparkling wine
Cranberry for garnish (optional)

Fill the bottom of a fluted glass with the cranberry juice cocktail and Cointreau. Fill the glass with champagne or dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a cranberry, if desired.

Makes 1 cocktail.

Substitution: Grand Marnier can be substituted for Cointreau.
