Radicchio, Avocado, and Grapefruit Salad
2 ruby grapefruit
1 head Royal Rose radicchio, cored and coarsely chopped
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 firm-ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
⅓ cup chopped smoked almonds
¼ cup sliced green onion
Salt and pepper
Section grapefruit; set fruit aside and squeeze membrane to release any juice into large bowl. Whisk in oil and lime juice, add radicchio and toss. Divide evenly among flour plates and top with grapefruit sections, avocado, almonds, onion; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.

Eating salad it’s good for health.By eating that you can get so health eyes,hearts and also vitamins from that.You also have to eat with salad that is Radicchio, Avocado, and Grapefruit it’s also gives so many vitamins.
